Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging and condition

• Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
